The 7 days Maumere Komodo Liveaboard Cruise with Ombak Putih is one of the tours offered using the 20 cabin luxury sailing boat which is designed around traditional Indonesian design specifically for tourist use. This excellent tour begins at Maumere and finishes at Labuanbajo after touring the eastern regions of the area. 

Day 1 - On the first day of the tour you will land at the airport and then meet the transfer over to the harbour to begin you voyage after dinner.

Day 2 - Day two will bring you to the Ropa village in time for day break when you will hike to the famous Kelimutu Volcano with three coloured lakes all of which offer incredible beauty as well as this you will be able to view the local traditional villages and see and buy some of the incredible local Ikat cloth.

Watching the sun set in this area can be extremely romantic or spiritual and after this beautiful day you will begin the overnight journey to the Komodo National Park. 

Day 5 - You will wake up to see the rangers at the ranger's hut waiting to greet you and welcome you to the island of Loh Liang where you will trek through this bizarre island and see the Komodo Dragons in their natural habitat. After this you will stop on a tiny island to relax and snorkel as well as swimming and beachcombing or whatever takes your fancy.

Day 6 - The cruise with Ombak Putih begins at Wego shore on the Rinca Island of the Komodo National Park where you will see the main sights of the national park and some of the largest Komodo Dragons as well as a variety of other interesting animals. Lunch is on board the Ombak Putih and you will have another change to participate in beach activities before and great beach barbecue.
