Kelimutu Flores Cultural is another tour we have arranged for you. Instead of visiting Komodo, you will be taken to visit another beauty of Flores by visiting the mystical three colors Kelimutu Lake as well as visiting the Flores traditional village to learn more about the local culture.

Tour Itinerary
Day 01 Denpasar - Maumere
Meet our representative at Maumere Airport. your first program is visiting a village known for its fertile land with various kinds of exotic tropical plants and fruits named Watulabi Village. Located about 18 km on the south east of Maumere, you will also visit the local people especially women who make Ikat weaving. You can also learn how they make it by using tie dyeing weaving technique. the local dishes and drinks are served in this village.

Day 02 Maumere – Kelimutu - Maumere
After an early morning breakfast at 3.30 AM drive up to Kelimutu volcano (108 km by drive) to see the three colored lakes. Upon arrival walk for 1,5 km and then ascend 127 steps to top to view Kelimutu's green, blue and black lakes. A Dutch Geologist discovered Kelimutu in 1914; at the time the lakes were red, blue and white. Descend to Moni village to visit Kowanara village famous for its traditional Lionese houses, stone seats and traditional sacred cemetery. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant in Wolowaru. After lunch, drive back to Maumere with several stops made according to local happenings. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Day 03 Maumere
Breakfast at hotel. Visit Wuring village to see the houses built on stilts over the sea. Next, drive up to Ledalero - a major Catholic Seminary - to visit the museum with its various collection of local royal families' old portraits, antique hand woven clothes, stagedeon fossils, etc. Proceed to Sikka village - a center of "Ikat" weaving to see the traditional weaving process and an old church built in the 16th Century. Return to hotel.

Day 04 Maumere - Bali
Breakfast at the hotel, morning free program before transfer to airport to catch your flight to Bali.
