Destination Information:
The 8 Day Komodo – Flores Adventure Tour begins in your hotel in Bali where you will be picked up and taken to the airport for your morning flight to Labuan Bajo in West Flores. From there you will then take another land transport to the harbour where you will board a boat to the Rinca Island. You will eat lunch aboard the boat to save time and then you will be able to do the first hike through the island observing the Komodo Dragons for the remaining daylight hours. You will dine and sleep aboard the boat unless otherwise stated below.

The second day of the 8 Day Komodo – Flores Adventure Tour begins with breakfast before taking a leisurely pace from Rinca to Komodo, seeing the sights during the sunrise. You will trek again through the forest in Komodo seeing more of the incredible wildlife including the birds, lizards and mammals. You will then return to the boat for a trip to pink beach for relaxing, swimming and snorkelling around the beautiful corals before heading back to Labuan Bajo and on to Ruteng to your hotel.

Day three starts with trips around Ruteng seeing the sights of city and the small surrounding villages. You will eat breakfast at your hotel before seeing Manoo for incredible views of rice paddies, Ranamese for a crater lake under a tropical rainforest and then you will reach the destination of Bajwa after lunch en-route. You will also see the production of the local rice wine and the weaving of the local cloth as well as many other cultural sights and atmospheres before checking into your hotel.

From here on day 4 of the 8 Day Komodo – Flores Adventure Tour you will see bamboo plantations, the incredible megalithic tombs and volcano sights of Bena where you will see the culture of the local tribes of the area and then head back to Bajawa where you will swim in the warm water springs and check into a hotel in Riung.

The fifth day starts with sailing to Pulau Tujuh Belas nature reserve where you will snorkel and swim as well as enjoying the white sandy beaches and then sail further to the bat colonies of the mangrove trees and return to your hotel.

On the sixth day of the 8 Day Komodo – Flores Adventure Tour you will return to the nature reserve in order to spend more time swimming and snorkelling or relaxing on the beach before sailing to Pulau Kalong and then heading to Moni for the overnight stay.

The penultimate day starts early in order to head up to the coloured lakes of Kelimutu which are a fantastic and eerie sight at 1600m before returning to Moni for breakfast and then visiting the tribes of Lio Hill and the villages of Wolowaru before checking into the Sea World Club hotel. Apart from a short free schedule on in the morning, the last day is dedicated to returning you to your hotel in Bali.
