DAY-01: SURABAYA – BANYUWANGI
The Mount Bromo Ijen Crater 3 Days Tour begins from Surabaya Airport where you must make your own way by domestic flights from any area in Indonesia. These flights are extremely cheap and once you arrive you will meet your guide and then transfer to the quaint traditional village of Cemoro Lawang, which is located in the Tengger region and requires a journey of around three and a half hours. Then you will stop off on the way in order to see the leather making that takes place in the traditional way in a small village and is a simple joy to watch. After this interesting experience the Mount Bromo Ijen Crater 3 Days Tour then stops for lunch at a locally favorite restaurant where among other things, the lamb sate is very popular. You will sate your first night at the Lava View Lodge that offers brilliant views out over the scenery including Mount Bromo as well as Mt Batok and Mount Kursi. This is breathtaking scenery and when time permits you may be able to go trekking or horseback riding through the area.

DAY-02: KAWAH IJEN – BROMO (Breakfast on box)
On the 2nd day of the Mount Bromo Ijen Crater 3 Days Tour you will have a very early start at 4 am, this is necessary in order to head off to Mt Pananjakan which is located on the rim of the crater of Tengger – caldera which is the younger of the volcanic formations on the peak. With Bromo and Semeru in the background you will precede upwards into the fog where you will head as far as possible until you reach the top in time to see the sun rise at about 5.30. After stopping for a while to soak up the reward of your achievement, you will then be lead back by your guide to the hotel in time for a well deserved breakfast and have chance to freshen up before at 9 o clock driving through the scenic landscapes to the Ijen where night in the Caldera where the coffee plantations make for beautiful scenery and you will also see the colonial quarters from the Dutch who controlled the area years ago. Dining is in the colonial area where you will also get the briefing for the next day’s activities

DAY-03: BROMO SUNRISE – SURABAYA (Breakfast)
Another early start of 5am is the starting point of the final day of the Mount Bromo Ijen Crater 3 Days Tour. You will then drive the short journey to the trail that leads up Kawah, the active and magnificent crater. Two hours walking will bring you to the peak where the blue acid lake awaits your viewing in a lunar landscape located high above the hot humid beaches and rain forests. You will have a lot of chance to see the scientific research and the local uses of this area before heading back down for breakfast and to check out of your hotel and then transfer back to the airport.
